OCMS has been established for 10 years and has developed a reputation as a progressive strata and facilities
management company with an office situated at Gladesville servicing the Northern Districts, North Shore, Five Dock, Inner West, South and East Sydney.
The directors of OCMS are Suzanne and Bert Pelders.
Suzanne has been a strata manager for over 20 years and has vast experience in all facets of the industry. Suzanne
is a member of the SCA.
Suzanne is the Licensee in Charge of Owners Corporate Management Services P/L and would be happy to discuss
any queries about your strata.
